Other Commercial
- Minimum guarantee of 18,000/-shall be billed per machine in case of Fully Automatic machines are installed irrespective of consumptions.
- Minimum guarantee of 15,000/-shall be billed per machine in case of Semi-automatic vending machines are installed irrespective of consumptions.
- You have to provide storage facility for Milk and consumables.
- Contract will be for period of 3 (Three) year from date of machine installation.
- Billing will be done based on Annexure attached (consumables module).
- Either party can terminate contract by giving 1 (one) month prior notice.
- Prices of raw materials & Fresh Milk shall be reviewed and can be changed according to the market fluctuation by mutual agreement between both parties in writing.
- GST Tax will be extra as applicable on above prices.
- Machines will be sole property of M/s SPR UNITED FOOD AND BEVERAGES.
- In case of breakdown, the machine would be attended within 4 hours in general shift and 12 hrs on non-working days.

MILK VENDING MACHINE
This machine shall be operated manually, and staffs should prepare their own cup of Coffee & tea as per their taste.

FULLY AUTOMATIC FRESH MILK VENDING MACHINE
This machine is programmed in such a way that will dispense beverage by pressing beverage buttons provided on the front panel. Beverage count shall be recorded in the meter.
